Unitalk, 5 Rue Pleyel, 93200 Saint-Denis, France (“Unitalk”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), offers a super AI assistant with multi-modal reasoning capabilities as well as a platform for building custom AI-powered assistants ("AI Assistants"). The platform provides the tools for users to create AI Assistants designed to meet their unique needs. These custom AI Assistants are designed to improve workflow by providing easy access to and utilization of relevant knowledge. Users can configure their custom AI Assistants to connect to remote services, including those offered by Third-Party Service Providers like Foundation Model Providers. They can also connect the AI Assistants to their own Data Sources, allowing for relevant, domain-specific context to be used by the Foundation Models. Unitalk's platform lists major Foundation Model Providers ("FMPs"), but the user is responsible for selecting an FMP that meets their technical and legal requirements. Use of Unitalk's Services is subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
This Privacy Policy applies to you when you access or use the Unitalk platform, that is to say, our online platform, including any related APIs provided by Unitalk, together with all related applications (“Platform”), or otherwise interact or communicate with us.
This Privacy Policy only applies where we are processing your Personal Data for our own purposes and are acting as Data Controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (UE) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
It does not cover the Personal Data Unitalk collects, uses, and discloses when acting as a Data Processor under the GDPR on behalf of its Customers (“Customer Personal Data”) and under their instructions in connection with Unitalk Platform. We invite you to contact your company or organization if you have any questions about its privacy practices.
As Data Controller, Unitalk will process Customer Personal Data to provide the Platform and for other limited purposes as outlined in Section 6 below.

Unitalk collects and processes your Personal Data when you use the Platform. This includes:
“Marketing Communications” means when we contact you about Unitalk’s Platform, events, or business.
“Platform Development” means when Unitalk improves and better develops the Platform including testing, research, reporting, benchmarking, performance analyses, trend analysis in order to support our business decision-making, to analyze our Customers’ engagement with our Platform, to assess the quality of our Platform and to consider our Customers’ feedback and needs. For our Platform Development, we process anonymised and aggregated data to the extent possible.
Unitalk may also collect information about you that is publicly available.
